structure(95% waterproof) which yields a tropical or island
style and charm. The thatched gazebo rests on 4 to 8 pine
posts(H4 treated) that create a large open central space
perfect for everything from picnic tables to hot tubs.

insolating properties of the thatch reduce the temperatures
by up to 10 degrees Celsius creating a cool atmosphere for
you and you family to enjoy. Bali huts installed by Exotic
Thatch are 100% waterproof and the best part is that no
maintenance is required. Sizes and shapes available:
We have standard rectangular and square sizes in stock.We
can also custom design and manufacture to your specific
requirements. The Exotic Thatch’s uniquely designed Bali
hut, 3 x 3 has a roof overhang of 0.5m extending the shade
area to 4 x 4 meters. This technique is used on all the huts
manufactured by Exotic Thatch
DIY Bali hut kits:
This DIY kits will include all materials; Bali Thatch,
timber, nuts, bolts, posts, crown and detailed instruction
manual. The Kit does not include any flooring of any sort
and tools needed for installation.
Using the detailed instruction manual Bali huts are easily
installed without any specialized tools or knowledge. The
staff at Exotic Thatch are on standby to assist you with any
installation problems / questions you may have.
Interior look:
A combination of the timber rafters and the layered thatch
creates a unique and tropical atmosphere, which along with
carefully selected outdoor décor will impress all your
friends and family.
Timber Rafters, Beams and Posts:
The roof beams and rafters are manufactured from H3 treated
pine and graded to F7 and the Timber posts are H4 treated.
We use laminated treated pine for the hip rafters. This
timber offers straightness and is free from twist pieces
that are guaranteed for strength and quality.
All the timber is treated with Cabot's outdoor varnish
(teak) to ensure a great interior look. We use treated pine
screws that are galvanized for long life, wear and
durability.
Guarantee of materials and workmanship:
Every Bali Hut is manufactured utilizing the best
available materials to provide a quality of finish that will
withstand the environmental elements over time. Our
product carries a one-year warranty against any material
defects and poor workmanship.
All Bali roofs installed by Exotic Thatch will be 100%
waterproof guaranteed due our unique thatching techniques.
All timber products supplied carry a five-year warranty
against wood decay. We will replace any section of the
Bali hut if the workmanship is not of the highest standard
